Employment

Overview
PICS seeks Christian education professionals that have a passion for living out their faith in an international school context. ICS teachers are what make PICS such a great place for students to grow both spiritually and academically.

We greatly value the diversity in our students, and as such, value diversity in our faculty and staff positions at PICS. Our current staff hails from all over the world, though most have been educated in the United States, Canada and Europe

The Hiring Process
ICS is member of the Network of International Christian Schools (NICS). All applicants for PICS must apply though the NICS Home Office Human Resources Department.

Please explore the NICS website (http://www.nics.org). After reading about the philosophy of NICS and PICS, if you desire to apply, click on the "Career Opportunities" link on the NICS homepage. Clicking this link will direct you to the online application process, as well as allow you to view the positions that PICS seeks to fill for the upcoming school year. The first step in the application process is to fill out the online application by clicking the "Apply Online" button.

After completing the online application, you will be contacted by the Home Office placement division. A placement specialist will assist you in completing the remainder of the application process. Applicants interested in serving at PICS must indicate that Pyeongtaek is their first priority for placement. There is a section on the application to indicate this preference. After the NICS application has been completed, approved, and forwarded to PICS, you will be contacted by a member of the PICS administrative team.
